The Blackmagic Design Camera Fiber Converter is designed to advance and power your URSA Broadcast or URSA Mini to an industry standard studio camera in remote locations. The converter includes common live camera controls, such as iris and record, standard television industry talkback headset connection and multiple channels of talkback.
The Camera Fiber converts all video and audio connections, camera control, PTZ, talkback, tally and power into a single SMPTE cable, which feature micro controllers that continuously monitor power. When used with the Blackmagic Studio Fiber Converter users can achieve maximum quality video for their production and set up remote cameras up to 1.6 miles away through a single fiber connection.
