As CES 2018 kicked off in Las Vegas, and the Live X production team was onsite with The Verge to stream episodes of "Circuit Breaker" onto Twitter Live.
"Circuit Breaker is one of those shows for true CES followers and those who love to dive deep into the latest technology and innovation," said Live X Encoding Engineer, Craig Babcock. "Live X made its mark on the biggest show Vegas has to offer by directing and encoding the show."
For four days, Live X transmitted the line cut from a Blackmagic ATEM switcher via Teradek bond Pro's, to Twitter Live, reaching up to 56,000 concurrent viewers. We also sent the show back to Vox's HQ in NY via private channel for live edit and cut of the show.
"We look forward to this show every year," said Craig, "and we can't wait to see the electronics that come out of it in the wild!"
