The Videon Shavano is a fairly small unit, which makes it easy to mount on a rack or hide it if necessary. It has an HDMI input (up to 2160p30) and output, a 3G-SDI input (up to 1080p60), 3.5mm Audio In, USB 3.0, SD card slot and Ethernet port (RJ-45). Audio can be embedded into HDMI and SDI. It is also PoE enabled. The action button on the Videon Shavano works both to start and stop RTMP encoding and also to perform a factory reset. The source light, record light and stream light make it easy to verify whether you are performing these functions or if something is wrong. It is nice to be able to know right away just by checking a light in front of the panel.
