So happy Elburz could make it into town for this installment of the Touchdesigner meetups in NYC. Elburz and I have worked together on large scale projects before and I consistently reach out to him to bounce ideas of new techniques and ask if he knows if they have been tried yet or perhaps better approaches than what I am currently doing.
We spent a good amount of time this meetup on the idea of cue and preset management both from the standpoint of staying within touch using DATs as well as driving with a lighting desk. Because of obvious reasons we cant post up the parts of the meeting that included work for artists we are under contract for but here is the first hour and change of Elburz' walkthrough of scripting presets with tables.
