Whether its broadcasting large scale events or intimate conversations broadcast to a wider audience, remote production presents nearly limitless possibilities in areas that once would have been dismissed as cost prohibitive or logistically impossible. LiveX has been working with our clients to provide maximum flexibility for events that may have traditionally been held in-person but now need to be produced completely or partially virtual.
Our work with Stadium for Amazon Music for their Amazon Prime Day Show Watch Party is a perfect example of a production that pushed boundries and tested technical limits. The day featured two entirely seperate remote workflows blended together for one seamless production that was hosted by Jericho and negaoryx on Amazon Music's Twitch page. LiveX captured the two influencers live on their way to the LA Amazon Prime Day event, their reactions and thoughts on the performances by Kid Cudi, HER, and Billie Eilish, and their trip home.
Everything was captured live, all without being tethered to any kind of corporate or in-house Internet. Indeed, a good part of the production featured a multi-camera shoot, live from a moving vehicle that the influencers then left when they arrived at the event. LiveX captured everything live while mixing between the remote and the on-prem productions, without any interuptions to the broadcast for Amazon's audience.
Of course, not every job requires a robust, technically challenging response. Sometimes, remote work can simply offer a client an opportunity to gather a wide range of respected voices for a single project in a way that might otherwise be impossible due to schedules or budget contraints. Our work with SurvivorNet brought in nearly 20 respected medical professionals, caretakers and cancer survivors to discuss the incredibly important topic of racial disparities in cancer screening and treatment.
With a panel featuring working doctors and healthcare professionals taking time out of their day, this one-of-a-kind production brought together a group of incredibly insightful people who otherwise may never have been able to contribute in the same way and with the same impact on this incredibly imporant topic.
Don't let location, budget, a lack of Internet or contributors schedules stop you from getting the results you want when it comes to your remote production. Contact us if you have questions or need broadcasting assistance in any way. We are here to assist and enhance your communication, whether it is for an audience of 2 or 20,000.
