Brooklyn Mirage opened to significant buzz, with Live X providing the permanent Projection Mapping system. This project showcases Live X's ability to scale and quickly develop full video system integrations for our clients. Live X has built similar large scale projection mapping projects for Tiffany, Villa Eugenie, the UT Austin Clock Tower for the National Park Service, and the U.S. Open interactive tennis experience for American Express.
For the new 6000-patron outdoor venue, Live X built two custom media servers running Touch Designer, and installed the signal distribution for the display from 16 projectors across 7200 square feet of surface area.
The project was also covered by the NY Times.
