Dyson USA Hybrid Briefings

Creating an engaging live update for attendees in person and at home can be difficult, especially for the communication teams who are tasked with designing and executing the entire show. Last year, Dyson’s USA division tasked LiveX with the technical execution of their internal events.

LiveX provided a collection of complementary AV and streaming services in a small footprint. Two industry-leading robotic cameras captured the room for the video switcher, which added graphics such as lower thirds, slates, and a picture-in-picture window for presentations. Audio and presentation support included in-room loudspeakers, TVs for showing the presentation, and a confidence monitor for presenting speakers.

A LiveX Technical Producer lead the team and was supported by technicians for audio, camera, and graphics. We integrated into the Dyson team to provide a seamless experience for both presenters and viewers.
