On the evening of November 6th, the Live X team was onsite to stream the live broadcast of the Dramatist Guild Foundation's yearly fundraising Gala at Gotham Hall in NYC to viewers on Facebook.
The production team used two Panasonic PTZ cameras with a Production Bot Switch 8 running vMix. The stream was encoded on a Teradek Bond equipped with 4x high-powered Node modems. We've been long time fans of Teradek Bonds and Nodes, along with the many other top notch products they produce. We encoded content to Core and distributed the stream out to Facebook. Teradek highlighted the ingenuity and expertise of the Live X production team in their recent blog post:
