Zeta Global’s Virtual Data Summit

With our partners at Cardboard Spaceship, LiveX built and produced a six-camera live stream for Zeta Global’s Virtual Zeta Data Summit. The event was streamed to a custom-built platform designed for a seamless viewing experience with intuitive navigation and interactive features.

We had two days to build this show, starting with a load-in and rehearsal day at Be Electric in Brooklyn, NY. LiveX used an advanced media server to maximize the potential of the LED wall, delivering striking visuals and customized animated backgrounds that elevated the environment. The event included a mix of in-person and virtual speakers delivering back-to-back presentations, which demanded swift and effective communication between the teams at LiveX, Cardboard Spaceship, and Zeta Global to manage the in-room elements and coordination of remote talent.

The live stream was hosted on a custom-built platform incorporating Zeta’s branding and a suite of interactive elements to drive engagement. This immersive experience allowed viewers to connect directly with the organization’s leaders and submit real-time questions and feedback about the content. Using a consistent and practiced workflow across the entire project, LiveX delivered a production that impressed and resonated with a diverse group of stakeholders.
