Forbes Healthcare Summit 2025

Last December, Forbes convened leaders across medicine, technology, and business for its annual Healthcare Summit at NYU Langone Hospital.

For the second year in a row, LiveX supported the event with multi-camera coverage, engineering, and on-site technical management. Our team worked closely with Forbes to ensure a smooth run of show across a full day of programming, which included keynote conversations, panels, and presentations.

In addition to broadcast architecture, LiveX led stage management for the event, coordinating talent movement and timing to keep sessions on track. We also deployed lighting for on-site photo opportunities, creating a consistent visual look for press images and social capture.

By combining production support with detailed on-the-ground coordination, LiveX helped deliver a streamlined experience for speakers, organizers, and attendees alike.
